Terms of Service

1.1. The Competition is open to individuals in the following categories:

• Junior Category: Ages 10-14 years
• Senior Category: Ages 15-18 years
• Advance Category: 18 years and above

1.2. Participants must be Nigerian residents or citizens.

1.3. Participants must provide accurate personal information during registration.

1.4. One registration per person. Multiple entries by the same person will result in disqualification.

1.5. Employees of Euler Educators and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2.1. Registration Fees:

• Junior Category: ₦1,000
• Senior Category: ₦1,500
• Advance Category: ₦2,000

2.2. Payment must be completed through the official website using Paystack payment gateway.

2.3. Registration is only confirmed upon successful payment verification.

2.4. Competition questions will be sent via email within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

2.5. NO REFUNDS:

3.1. Stage 1 - Preliminaries:

• Duration: October 15 - November 30, 2025
• Questions delivered via email after payment confirmation
• Participants work at their own pace
• Submissions must be received before the deadline
• Top 50% of participants advance to Stage 2

3.2. Stage 2 - Semifinals:

• Duration: December 1 - December 6, 2025
• Only qualified participants receive questions
• More advance and challenging problems
• Top 20 participants advance to Finals

3.3. Stage 3 - Finals:

• Date: December 15, 2025
• Live online CBT speed test
• Real-time competition
• Winners announced immediately after

3.4. All stages are conducted entirely online and remotely.

3.5. Euler Educators reserves the right to modify dates with prior notice to participants.

• Non-programmable calculators
• Mathematical tables and formula sheets
• Standard geometry tools (ruler, compass, protractor)
• Textbooks and reference materials

4.3. Submission Requirements:

• Show all working steps clearly
• Include your payment reference on all submissions
• Submit in PDF format or clear images
• Meet all deadlines - late submissions will not be accepted
• Write legibly (if handwritten) or type solutions

4.4. Participants must maintain respectful conduct in all communications.

4.5. Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the competition system will result in immediate disqualification and possible legal action.

5.1. Grand Prize: ₦1,000,000 per category (Junior, Senior, Advance)

5.2. Runner-up Prizes:

• 2nd Place: ₦200,000 per category
• 3rd Place: ₦100,000 per category
• 4th-10th Places: ₦50,000 each per category

5.3. All participants receive a digital Certificate of Participation.

5.4. Prize Distribution:

• Winners will be announced within 7 days after the Finals
• Prizes will be transferred to winners' bank accounts within 30 days of announcement
• Winners must provide valid identification and bank details
• Winners may be required to complete tax documentation as required by Nigerian law

5.5. Euler Educators reserves the right to withhold prizes if fraud or rule violations are discovered.

5.6. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash (except the cash prizes themselves).

6.1. All competition questions, materials, and content are the exclusive property of Euler Educators.

6.2. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or publish competition questions without written permission.

6.3. By participating, you grant Euler Educators the right to use your name, photograph, and competition results for promotional purposes.

6.4. Participants retain ownership of their submitted solutions but grant Euler Educators a license to review, evaluate, and use for educational purposes.

7.1. Euler Educators is not liable for:

• Technical issues with participants' devices or internet connections
• Email delivery failures due to spam filters or incorrect email addresses
• Lost or corrupted submissions due to technical problems
• Inability to participate due to personal circumstances

7.2. Participants are responsible for:

• Ensuring they have reliable internet access
• Checking their email regularly (including spam folders)
• Backing up their work before submission
• Meeting all deadlines

7.3. The Competition is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

7.4. Euler Educators' total liability shall not exceed the registration fee paid by the participant.

8.1. Participants may be disqualified for:

• Violation of academic integrity rules
• Providing false information during registration
• Attempting to manipulate the competition system
• Abusive or inappropriate behavior
• Failure to comply with these Terms
• Multiple registrations under different names

8.2. Disqualification decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

8.3. Disqualified participants forfeit all rights to prizes and refunds.

9.1. Personal data collected during registration is used solely for competition administration.

9.2. We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required for payment processing.

10.1. Euler Educators reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

10.2. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email.

10.3. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10.4. Euler Educators reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Competition due to unforeseen circumstances.

11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

11.2. Any disputes arising from the Competition shall be resolved through arbitration in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.

11.3. By participating, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
